Check conferencing policy assigned to your teacher. Make sure recording is enabled in assigned conferencing policy:

- Allow federated and anonymous participants to record  

- Enabled peer to peer recording 

Thank you. I will check this out. All our teachers' users should be created in the same way, so it is strange that it happens only to one (so far)

We are using Lync 2013 through Office 365 and one of our teachers is not seeing the option "Start recording" - only Recording manager. It is not greyed out - it's simply not there. 

Any suggestions?
