Missing .DLL and/or .OCX files
I have windows xp home edition (32). I use IE8.I get 3 messages that I need to fix.1. C:\Windows\system 32\runDLL.EXE was loaded, but the DLL Register Server entry point was not found.2. C:\Windows\system 32\runDLL.EXE does not appear to be a .DLL or .OCX file.3. Wireless Configuration: Notification DLL has not been registered, program will not work correctly.I keep getting disconnected from the Internet. I continually have to use the connection diagnosis. It really doesn't diagnose. It tells me when I am re-connected. The interruptions are so numerous that I can't download a simple Youtube item because I lose internet connection before the end.HELP! I am not too computer literate.Email removed for privacyEmail removed for privacy
