hi,

l had lync 2013 and Everything worked well,  i  upgrade it to skype for busness everything works fine except missed conversations.

all other conversation ar stored in outlook but no any missed conversations after upgrade,

What could be reason of that?

The option: "Save IM conversations in my email Conversation History Folder" is selected in the Sype for Business Cient from Tools/Options/Personal?

What's the Server Version you are using and Client Version exactly?
