Is there an easy way to mirror-image the entire contents - OS, registry, programs, files, etc - onto the hard drive of a desktop machine?The desktop has an OS and works okay. Ah - that explains how they do it at work. They do buy a bulk lot of computers that are exactly the same and image that way. (Which probably also explains why every now and then, one machine will be a bit "difficult" - there's probably something slightly different (older card, or such) from all the rest.
