If I recall correctly, MinWin was strictly an internal Microsoft experiment to see what the bare minimum of code would be needed to run a system using NT technology. Neither MinWin, nor the file list has ever been released. At the most, it's been demo'ed a few times - but that's pretty much it. So, I would guessabout the only way you're likely to get access to that would be to get a job at Microsoft as a programmer in the OS department.
