Had trouble with Microsoft 365 and while making changes to that program I must have done something because now it shut down access to Microsoft Store. Error message says: We weren't able to connect to the Store. This might have happened because of a server problem or the network connection timed out. Please wait a few minutes and try again. (0x80072efd). (My internet is working fine)
I tried the solution for typing Windows key and R...and then putting in wsreset.exe...I get the same message
Now I tried to sign into my Microsoft account on my computer and it says: We couldn't sign you in. When I go to accounts it says I need to verify my identity...so I put in my password...which worked when accessing my account online...but will not work on my PC.
Any suggestions
