Microsoft networking fails, Win7 ent 32b
When I connected my Win 7 laptop to the corporate network today the Microsoft networking did not work. I could not access any of my network drives. All other IP based communication are working fine. (RDP/Web/DNS/Ping) This is the second time tis problem occours. The first time (July) I solved it by disabling Microsoft networking - reboot - enable Microsoft networking. This time that fix did not work. A rollback to previous restorepoint fixed the problem. As far as I can see there was no changes in the system from yesterday to today. First errormessage in the eventlog today is: From "atikmdag", "CPLIB :: General - Invalid Parameter" Next is Netlogon failed. Anybody got a clue of what's going on here? Regards Frode

Hi, Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums. Based on your description, the issue may be related to drivers. So, I suggest you update your network driver, display driver and BIOS to the latest. And you ‘d best go to the manufacturer website to finish this job. If the issue still exists, please post the full error message so as to we can analyze this issue better. Good luck. Regards, Alex Zhao TechNet Subscriber Support in forum.
