i have a microsoft webcam vx 100 and it has worked fine for about 1 year and now when i plug it in it isn't recognised, could you help me please! doesnt work completely, no error messages just says please connect your device and i have made no recent changes, i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.1 person needs an answerI do too
