I have just had a serious virus so had to re-install my computer from scratch (or have someone do that for me!!), now express is validating my spelling in French and it is not an option to set it back to English.The computer now seems to think it is FRENCH.......I am not alone in suffering this, recently. Has something changed. Help please.........................Val

Installed Office 2007? This is SUCH a well-known bug.You have teo options: either install the English proofing tools from Office 2003 or google for a free English spell chack utility.
