Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter Bug
anyone have agusee or know where this file resides so I can delete it as it's really annoying happening everytime windows bootsFor the past couple of weeks been getting a file wanting to open automatically on booting win 7 It asks you to find a programme
to open it with, and if you choose say notepad you get the fillowing txt message

Hi,
Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums.
As I understand that you encounter the following scenario:
Error message of Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter on every time Windows boot.
The issue is that a file wants to open upon starting up. What’s the name of this file? Please to login
with Clean Boot
to find the boot cause.
Also you can reinstall Windows Mobile Remote Adapter

1. Connect the mobile phone, click the Start Button, type "Device Manager" (without quotation marks) in the
Start Search box and press Enter.
2. Look under the "Network adapters" node for "Microsoft Windows Mobile Remote Adapter". Right-click "Microsoft
Windows Mobile Remote Adapter" and choose to "Uninstall"
3. Check "Delete driver software for this device" check box if available, click OK.
4. Look under the "Mobile Devices" node for "Microsoft USB Sync". Right-click "Microsoft USB Sync" and choose
to "Uninstall".
5. Restart the computer.
