Hi, Windows 7 Service Pack has not been released. As R0L said, it because the registry key value is not correct. Please perform the following steps to change it back: Backup Registry =================== 1. Click Start, type REGEDIT in the Start Search bar and press Enter. 2. Select Computer (the root node) in the left pane, click Export under the File menu, choose All under Export range, select Desktop in the Save in box and type backup in File Name. click Save. Please Note: The backup file is on the Desktop and named backup.reg. We can simply restore the registry by double-clicking the backup.reg file. Modify the register key ================ 1. Click Start, type "regedit" (without the quotation marks) in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER. 2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows 5. In the right pane, double click the CSDVersion value. 6. In the Value data box, change it to 0. Repeat the above steps to change CSDVersion value in the following keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Windows HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Control\WindowsHope it helps.Vivian Xing - MSFT
