Microsoft Support
Will anyone from microsoft call your house if they detect a problem with your computer? This happened to me, someone called and said he worked for or represented microsoft and was going to help me find a problem. Does this really happen?

Not unless you called Microsoft first. If you did not, then the call is a SCAM.Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi, Please be aware that the forum support is different from the phone support, we haven’t ( do not ) many ( have details ) information for the phone support. As I know, every case for Microsoft Phone Support has a unique case ID. If the caller hasn’t provided a case ID, it won't be from the Microsoft Phone Support If you get a case ID, you may call back the phone support to check if you are the owner of the case. Hope that helps Best Regards, Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
