Microsoft Security Essentials update records fill up Windows Update History list.
I put this on the W7 Security Forum on Dec 4th but have had no response, so I am posting it here. Microsoft Security Essentials updates arrive once or twice a day. This is good. What is not good is a that a record of these updates fills up the History List of Windows Update making it inconvenient when trying to check on other Windows Updates. Is there a way of looking at the Windows Update History without displaying all these Security Essentials updates?

Hi Mike, It is by design. No way to change the behavior. Arthur Xie - MSFT
