Anybody understand why the advisory only impacts 8.1 and Windows 8?   Why isn't Windows 7 impacted?

The Microsoft Security Advisory 2755801 is an update for Vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player in Internet Explorer.

As far as I know, the Adobe Flash player is preinstalled in Windows 8 and higher. So this Advisory is only appled to Windows 8 and the higher version.

For the Windows 7 machine, we could get the update for Adobe from the Adobe website.
