Everytime I attempt to reply to a message IE shuts down and restarts. Any suggestions?

Try this 1.In OWA, click on the "options" in the lower left Task Pane. 2. Under E-mail Security and Click Install or Upgrade the S/MIME Control. This will download a new add-on. 3. Click RUN when asked about the Microsoft Outlook Web Access S/MIME install and security warning. 4. Close and RESTART Internet ExplorerMCSE, MCSA, MCDST

1.Do you have this problem ever since the first time you use Win7+IE8 on this computer? If not so, when did the crash appears for the first time?2.Have you try to clean all IE temp files as test? Pls try the following steps since the issue may caused by corrupted IE temp files.
