Microsoft Lync has stopped working after running Skype for Business

Hi all,

I need to use Skype for Business as I'm working for company that uses it.

Unfortunately, there is a huge problem I can't solve. After running Skype for Business, an error is occured - Microsoft Lync has stopped working. I can debug it and the detail is "Unhandled exception at 0x77160309 in lync.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation executing location 0x00000000".

I tried disable Bluetooth as I've read somewhere else that this can be solution and install all updates I found. I also tried to reinstall skype manytimes. However, it's same, without any progress.

Have someone any idea?

Which Office do you use?

Lync/SFB is part of Office 2013. You can try to deinstall the complete Office and install the Office 2013 with SP1 and run all the updates.
