I am using Lync 2010 and but in converstion tab i never found that previous converstion history/ my converstion history disapper when chat session clsoed

can u pls  suggest how to view the converstion

Check the Outlook configuration, look up for error in MAPI connections.

Also you need Exchange Server 2007 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) or later for this feature to work.

Which version of Exchange server did you integration with Lync server 2010?

You can check if EWS status and MAPI status are OK with the following step: press Ctrl and right click Lync icon in the taskbar, open configuration information, then on the open page check the status of EWS and MAPI.
