i have attempted to get a microsoft ID. I received the verification email and clicked the appropriate link. I followed prompts in the link and thought i had completed the process succesfully, however when i attempted to use it it did not work. I have tried to re-send the verification email however it does not arrive in the inbox as it did previously. I tried three times, so there is no longer an ioption to re-send. Instead it re-directs me to this help site.1 person needs an answerI do too
