Ok, my mother was online on her computer and went to watch music videos on MSN earlier today and some window pop up some thing called " Think Point" and it had Microsoft's logo. It won't let her online and it won't let her get on some apps such Task Manager etc. It keeps wanting her to install the full version of what ever it is for a certain price. It also won't let you restore your computer or shut down " Think Point". So is "Think Point" something of Microsoft's or is it some type of virus/hack/worm/trojan thing. If it is Microsoft's can you tell me how to get it to turn off or if it's not Microsoft's can you tell me how to fix it? Thank You1 person needs an answerI do too
