I can't help with this, except to confirm I'm seeing the same thing. I have a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P that also has the RealTek LAN adapter.

Do you have any devices attached to your phone line? Perhaps a satellite TV box?.

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you either. I, also, have to say that I'm starting to see this problem.

. Well, we can rule out thadhcpt the router is assigning static IP addresses. Routers will only assign static addresses if they are set as a static ip address not dhcp.
It could be that there is some code or syntax in Win 7 and network configuration and execution software that is causing this. Look it'stwo differant routers and two differant computers. My router is a DLink DI-634M and my computer is a Toshoba

I am also having this problem with Event Viewer.
Router Advertisement settings have been changed on the network adapter 14. The current M - Managed Address Configuration flag is false and the O - Other Stateful Configuration flag is false. User Action: If you are seeing this event frequently, then it could
be due to frequent change in M and O flag settings on the router in the network. Please contact your network administrator to have it resolved.
I am running Windows 7, Home Premium SP1 64-bit operating system on my HP Computer. Am wondering if anyone ever found a solution?
Thanks!
