Can anyone tell me about Micro Resolver? I had a call from them telling me I had problems with my comptuer and they could help to fix it - they said my computer was refered to them by Microsoft . I asked if there was a charge for this and they said it depended on how old my service package was or something to that effect? I would appreciate any responses. Thanks boatrider100

It is a telephone SCAM! All they want is your credit card number or bank account number so they can get all the money they can.
