Mexico Dial Plan?

We are deploying Lync 2010 in our new Mexico Company.

I am unsure of how do make a call in Mexico.

Our Telco is TelMex.

Does anyone have an existing Mexico DialPlan that I can reference?

Thanks Kent.

I looked at http://www.lyncoptimizer.com/ before.  No Mexico in there.

We ended up finding a reference for Asterisk.

I don't have the link handy though.
