I have not been getting toast notifications from Facebook, Skype, Twitter on my Windows 8.1 laptop. I have ensured that they are turned on under PC settings; I've even toggled the on/off switch several times. I have always checked in the app itself to turn on the notifications. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, but to no avail. Can someone please help me with the frustrating issue?
