When I send a message, the message sends.However, Microsoft Outlook Express won't take the message from the Outbox, and put it in Sent Messages. The message stays in the Outbox.How do I get Outlook Express to take the message out of the Outbox.It only does this with one email account or identity.The others send fine.Judy B.

When this happens in Outlook, either antivirus is interfering or outlook can't connect to the sent folder on the server. If you antivirus is scanning outgoing email or you are using an IMAP account, this could be the cause in OE as well.
