I keep geeting e-mails from that said they are from hotmail saying the system is overloaded and asking for my name, past word etc. I never give any of my pastwords out or other info--.. Are these E-mails from you folks are they just a scam---

Delete the e-mails right away and empty the deleted items folder. They are scams and in fact, Microsoft has warned some customers about them several weeks ago.
