Hi there I see in the start menu the windows firewall and advanced security -is this wrong to have on this laptop for home - or how do I fix this thing to receive emails many from days before -there are times it does allow the emails to fly in but this is so touchy I need the emails from homecare and others asap help is needed I did go into safe mode and nothing works -will try it again maybe turning all firewall apps off will work until I hear from someone - oh yes I have to keep this open to hear from you email not receiving : )Many thanks Jen JenFryreyesonlyIm trying safe mode and will logback in again but so far this is a real challenge and urgent to fix also is the same thing blocking me from downloading the software of brother printer, and blocking me from connecting to the printer - gosh need to print emails 1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi Jen, ·What is the email client you are using to send and receive mails? IS it outlook express?·Who is your internet service provider? This might be caused if emails you are receiving are either too large or corrupt. I would suggest you to contact your Internet service provider to have them delete the messages that have been received several times.
