I have Dell running Windows HP. Each time bhen booting up, I get this message :DELIVERY MANAGERDelivery manager has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please tell Microsoft about this problem.We have created error report that you can send.If I click SEND or Don't SEND, the message disappears and I can use the computer, otherwise it just stays there and. What can I do to eliminate this problem for ever ? Is this connected some way with IE 8 or outlook Express 6 which I have ?
