MessageQueue Messages stuck in outgoing queue - Waiting to Connect
Hi, I have developers trying to write a MSMQ application and they are having all kinds of problems with messages sent to private queues on remote computers. Sometimes messages go through, but other times they just get suck in the outgoing queue on the sender's-side. We have a mixture of Windows XP, Windows 7 Pro, and Windows 7 Enterprise systems all with the latest and greatest patches. The Windows Firewall is diabled on each of these workstations. Does anybody know what causes this, or how to fix it? Thanks!

On the Windows 7 sysems we have tried the following Hotfix which doesn't seem to work. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2554746 The only thing we have found that seems to get the queus working (emptying the outgoing queues) when they get in this state is to manually restart the MessageQueue service. Surley this isn't the workaround that we will have to live with!?!?
