Mediation server: 503 Service Unavailable...

Hi there,

Classic problem, perhaps, but no solution yet.

PSTN gateway is configured to use TCP on port 5067 and voice routes should be correct. But still mediation server says:

"ms-diagnostics-public: 10025;reason="Gateway peer in outbound call is not found in topology document";component="MediationServer""

The invite command looks like:

INVITE sip:+1234567890@10.11.12.13:5070;user=phone;maddr=medipool.domain.local SIP/2.0

And on the mediation server's log the final statement (on the snooper) says:

ms-diagnostics-public: 5012;reason="ACK is being generated on receipt of a failure final response for an INVITE forked by application";AppUri="http%3A%2F%2Fwww.microsoft.com%2FLCS%2FOutboundRouting"

Any thoughts where I can try to look the problem?

And the case is were Lync client is trying to call outside and says: "network is busy".

Have you tried rebooting the Lync Server?

Sometimes the ports are not picked up correctly

Hi,

make sure that the Mediation server listning port and the Gateway listning port is the same. and Run the wireshark on the mediation server and make sure that the Mediation server is getting responce for the OPTION request from the gateway.

That is actually a problem, I'm using the network monitor to trace the network traffic and I cannot see any packages send from mediation server to gateway. And after the reboots, the things seems to become correct.

..and I was hoping that get features to work without reboots are past.. :D
