Maybe Windows Firewall problems
I have a new laptop windows vista (HP 6735 AMD 2.2 2GB/160GB DVDRW 3G 15.4#VHB) that I am using only two months ago... but now I am ahving problems in listning online media such tv5monde and RFI, or BBC.... but the problem came by it's own. I tried to follow online help and it resolved the problem one day, but not the following. The only oneday I got to exeptions in windows firewall and then activated the windows media prayer but it works only one day. And even before the firewall is allways in a yellow or orange coulour while it had been blue when I had no problem. HiThanks a lot for the wish to help me... the issue is that when I open the radio or tv website, it appears the usuall place where I can see the video but the video do not come, when I click to play, it make as if it's connecting and after makes as opening the media and stops without any sound or video. And when I click with the right botton to see the options, I see the following error details.. Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. If you typed a URL in the Open URL dialog box, try using a different transport protocol (for example, "http:" or "rtsp:").and proposal of a online help... however, it didn't work. Then, I do not know how to resolv it... moreover, I have one other problem... sometimes, when I open a new window of internet, it happens that sometimes, all the windows of Internet desappear and then iInternet starts once again but closing all the other I was looking... it distubs me a lot when I was reading something interesting then I have to surch for it again and this can happen many times a dayThanks for your help

Hi,And you have been able to connet to the video service in the past? Have you installed any software recently or video/driver codecs?With respect to the second problem, that sounds like a malware infection.
