Massive Back-Up fail Win-7 Pro
When after i insert the DVD for my back-up that i was doing every month it get's so far along and then just turns red and fails completly, before it would normally use about 2 DVDs but now it just get's to a point then turns red and it's just a massive fail. I use a laptop and everything was great for so long as i never forgot is there any way this has become corrupt because back-ups are sadly part of windows - 7 and every month until about 6 months ago,it just packs in so annoying because i thought win-7 pro was rather good and this is the only thing that will be slowing my system down as i dont download nothing on to it at all as it's so new???

Hi, In order to determine the issue, please let us know more detailed information, such as: 1. What program do you use, the build in backup utility or other third-party applications? 2. You can capture the screenshot of the massive failure. If you use the built in backup utility, you can refer to the general troubleshooting document. Windows backup or restore errors 0x80070001, 0x81000037, or 0x80070003 Hope this helps. Jeremy Wu TechNet Community Support
