Mapping network drive in Vista machines
Is it possible to map a network drive on a vista machine that is not in Active Directoryto a server that is on Active Directory? I have not been able to do it? Can someone tell me if that is possible? If yes, how?

Thanks. I know the syntax of mapping a drive. It is not accepting the userid and password.

I have the same exact problem--other computers onmy home wireless network has XP. I recently added one with Vista and although I see the network drive and folders, it is not accepting the user name and pswd to the network drives and folders.. I had both an XP and the Vista computer side by side, disconnected the drives on the xp and tried remapping the drives on both machines doing exactly the same thing--I successfully mapped the XP but the Vista did not like the username/pswd??? Any help willbe greatly appreciated.
