Hi, Would you please let me know what the network drive displayed as in the problematic Windows Explorer? Did you receive any error message? Please updating your network adapter manually from manufacture's website and remapping the drive manually to check the result. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Create-a-shortcut-to-map-a-network-drive If the issue persists, please boot in Safe Mode with networking, open a CMD windows and type the following command to disconnect the mapped drive. net use S: /delete To recreate the drive, you can use the following command. net use S: \\ComputerName\ShareFolderName Best Regards, NikiPlease remember to click "Mark as Answer" on the post that helps you, and to click "Unmark as Answer" if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
