When I install the software, the installation software alert that the file is not compatible for win 8.1 or the file is broken. The file is downloaded from official website and it can be installed on other Win 8.1 PC, so the installation file is good. This problem happens to many software. I guess there is related to some system configuration or permissions. But I have no idea where to start.
