Is it possible to manually change the created and modified time from a PDF file that you can see in right-click, properties, tab details? I know how to create a copy with all possible properties removed so the copy will change the old time to the current but I want to change it manually.

The solution already found. You need to change your computer clock and then right-click on the file, properties, details, click on "Remove Properties and Personal Information" and select "Create a copy with all possible properties removed" and click on OK. The copy will change the created date to the current computer date/time.
