A computer restart is required. You must restart this computer before installing Forefront TMG.

AFAIK the TMG MMC cannot be installed on Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012

I had work before, after new install windows 8 was not more work!

I believe there is way make mmc console forefront work well.

As far as I know, this is officially not a supported deployment, since this has not been tested extensively.
