Major Problem with Windows 7 / Windows 8
I recently bought a new Compac desktop with windows 7 and did not set up a recovery disc. I wanted to try the new windows 8 and have had major problems with it. I want to know how I can go back to windows 7 and live happily ever after. I can see copy of
the product key on the side of my computer, How can I get a copy the the windows 7 software to re-download it?

Contact Compac to request a recovery disc or check if there is any startup key to restore the computer to factory configuration.
