Mail merges in Windows 7 Using SharePoint
Here's the situation. We have recently upgraded our user laptops to Windows 7. We use MOSS 2007 and have the Office 2007 suite installed. We have mapped a network drive to SharePoint using the UNC path. When running our mail merges,
we now get an error "The File Could Not Be Found" and it is displaying the URL of the SharePoint server ("http://.....") and the filename. This was working when we used Windows XP, so I'm assuming it is a Windows 7 problem since the problem arose after
the Windows 7 upgrade.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Until then, I will continue to research the problem.

Hi, after checking your issue, it seems the problem with the configuration of SharePoint, I suggest you asking SharePoint Forum for further help:

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and
other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
Furthermore, on Windows 7, you can try to close firewall, or use Windows XP Mode for test:
Install and use Windows XP Mode in Windows 7
Hope it helps.
