When I go to setting on mail to delete my account, the option to "Remove Account" is blocked. Above that a message saying that to change or remove my account I will have to go to PC settings. However I don't know how to remove my account from PC settings. Please help.

Hi Uzhma,
I am supposing you are using Metro Mail app in Windows 8.1.
The mail account you are using to logon this computer (connected Live ID) which is cannot be removed from mail app.
You need to remove connected Live ID from local account first.
