Mail app stopped syncing?

I use mailapp syncing with Exchange 2007 mailserver and for some reason it stopped syncing. Another account on IMAP works just fine. Any ideas? I tried uninstalling and reinstall.

Hi Knorre,

I check my mail app in Windows 8 I use it to connect my Exchange Server, it synced emails successfully.

As a note, we need enforce the Exchange policies before we can sync with Exchange Server:

Most of the policies can be automatically enabled by Mail, but there are certain cases where the user has to take action first. These are:

Server requires device encryption: User has a device that supports BitLocker but BitLocker isnt enabled. User must manually enable BitLocker.

An admin on this PC doesnt have a strong password: All admin accounts must have a strong password before continuing.

everything normal before?

is there any changes before this issue happen? Windows update or OS update?

what account that you mention cant synced? gmail, outlook, yahoo or else

did you try to remove account and try again?

check whether this issue caused by setting
