Using Windows XP with SP3 installed and IE8 installed. Perhaps a related problem is Exployer opened with a unique home page address; but a corrected homepage address did not effect the Mail and Address problem.Mail and Address Book access will return a message to open the respective requests with a search for a program to open the respective requests with a program "MSN5.mailhost" and "MSN7.mailablistview". Following the suggested online searches for these two programs did not resolve anything.Thanks in advance ... Bill1 person needs an answerI do too

This is a note to add to the original question I asked a few minutes ago:Repeated access to Mail and Address Book will return a request for the same titled program "MSN5.then 6,7,8,9 mailhost" and likewise for the access to Address Book "MSN7, then 8, 9 , 10, mailablistview". Both increase in number after each access.
