Hi. Can you post a picture of your Computer statistics? Go to Task Manager, Performance and take a copy of that screen. Also, save a copy of your system information (in Control Panel) and post it on the Web. These 2 will help diagnose the problem.

Hi Scott, I have received your files. I checked them and I saw nothing unusual, your PC has plenty of free memory and the CPU seems to be idle most of the time. You also have a fairly low number of processes running. So, on the surface at least your PC seems to be OK. Now we need to explore what is happening under the hood. If you are willing to work with me, we'll find the solution. Is the keyboard slow in all applications you use? Try running a command prompt, Start, Run, CMD. Type something and see if it is slow. Let me know. Next, right click on Start / Run / and enter MSCONFIG.exe. Select Diagnostic Startup and click OK. Reboot and see if the problem with the keyboard is still there. If it is not, it would indicate that some loaded software is causing the problem. We'll do the next step after you tell me the result. Cheers
