Hello technet!

Been frustrating me lately that paint doesn't work when im just going to do simple cropping or editing of pictures.

I'm launching paint.exe and nothing happens. When i look at task manager, it say it's process is active using 0% CPU and 1.1mb memory. No error shows up.

Trying to run it as admin, but nothing works. How can i reinstall or fix this issue?

If everything normal in safe mode, I suggest perform clean boot, disable your antivirus as well to check
