MS Paint in Windows 7
In previous version of Windows, there was an option in MSPaint called "Draw Opaque". I cannot find that option in Windows 7 version. Where is this option, or was it removed?

This behavior has been renamed in the Windows 7 version of Paint. 'Draw Opaque' is the default behavior. To change this setting, click the arrow under 'Select' and check 'Transparent Selection'. Hope this helps.

Checking the "select transparent" option seems not to make a difference: the area I select remains opaque when I move it or copy-and-paste it. I have tried saving the file in both ".bmp" and ".png" formats, but there seems to be no difference.

Maybe it should be called paste opaque since the drag and drop behavior no longer draws transparent. Amazing how Microsoft finds so many ways to "improve" things by walking backwards.
