I just installed MS office 2002 on a windows 7 OS. Sending and receiving of email has no problem. The only problem is that each time I start Outlook, the "Enter Network Password" box always pops up. I enter the correct password and put a check on the "Save this password....". this will work fine until I restart outlook and the "Enter Network Password" box pops out again with the password blank. I delete the account and create it again but with the same problem. Also reinstalled MS office 2002 but to no avail. can anyone help please?
