OK, thanks Andre. Although, I'm not optimistic about that option. I haven't come across anyone else with this issue.

Nobody has been able to solve this issue. Adobe's best answer was to go through this troubleshooting checklist, which basically asks you to dismantle your CPU. There's got to be a better way! http://premierepro.wikia.com/wiki/Troubleshooting

contact them again. please download this reg file from my SkyDrive: http://cid-128fc518635be2dc.office.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/MS%20Foren/Registry/LocalDumps.reg and make a double click on the file to import it. When Premiere CS5 crashes, Windows Error Reporting Service [1] creates a dmp file under C:\Localdumps. Zip this dmp file and send them to Adobe support. THEY can only see what happens there. We can't help you. Hi Andre, Sorry, so I should sending the file that you had me download to Adobe? This is not from my computer. Or are you telling me to find this file on my computer? If so, could you tell me how to locate this file on my computer? I went to the directory you specified (C:\Localdumps) but this exact directory does not exist on my CPU. I would appreciate you telling me how to locate it. The instructions above are a bit confusing to me. Thanks.

You have to download my file and make a double click on it. Run Adobe Premiere Pro again and if it crashes the WER service generates a dump file (dmp) in the folder C:\Localdumps. Zip this dmp file and send it to the Adobe Support."A programmer is just a tool which converts caffeine into code" CLIP- Stellvertreter http://www.winvistaside.de/
