After I downloaded windows live messenger I found that when I click the icon to open my e-mail it gives me a message that there is something error happened asking me if I would like to report this to Microsoft. After choosing yes or no the messenger switch off directly. This happened with me several times, I may ask you to solve this problem.I use Windows Xp SP3.Thanks in advance.Mazin
