Whenever i run a full scan which takes more then 30 min which is the time i have set for my computer to go to sleep it stops the scan...is there any way to fix this other than never putting my computer to sleep while im scanning

Hi, If PC go to sleep mode, all application will stop working. So if you want to use MSE to scan your PC, you need to temporary disable sleep option.
