Hello, I've deployed MIM 2016 in a test environment to look at the new stuff. So the portal looks the same (sadly).

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/server-cloud/products/microsoft-identity-manager/default.aspx - when is the new portal available (or how can I enable it in this version?).

I found some documentation on TechNet (yesterday there was none). I suppose we will have more in a few days\weeks. Amirite? ;)

there is no new FIM/MIM Portal for the standard User/Admin operations.

Portal and Sync Engine are "nearly" the same im MIM.
Portal just gets some updates to support MFA and Self Service Account Unlock

In Addition the MIM Service gets an REST Api Backend that currently only supports PAM scenario and also the Certificate Management.

You can only see a "new Portal" as a sample Portal (no support) as a frontend to the PAM REST Api if you install the Privileged Access Management components.
