with all due respect - this is listed as a Technet Supported Forum on the very Technet link you provided me. The Online Conceirge service is but a guide service which points me to use self-service tools like the Technet Forum. As MDOP is a 'desktop' software service this applies to the desktop operating system and Windows 7 is the applicable OS that it targets for installation. If my logic for picking this "Windows 7 Misc" forum is misaimed then provide me the EXACT forum where it should instead be placed. I will be best served quickly by posting into the appropriate place and am more than happy to move there. However being given a circular jerk of one support person passing me continuously onto another in a manner of Sysiphus tasking isn't helping a bit. Hope you understand. TIA - Dale
